AMI Music Bingo is a high-energy twist on the classic game of bingo. Instead of letters and numbers, players listen to short song clips and mark matching songs or artists on their bingo cards. It’s fast-paced, social, easy to run, and designed specifically for bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
Playlists are purchased directly through our website. After your first purchase, you’ll create a username and password to access the AMI Music Bingo Host Dashboard.
From there, you can: launch your playlist, download bingo cards, access host tools, and run unlimited games during your access window.
Each playlist purchase includes a 2-week access window. During those 2 weeks, you can run unlimited events using that playlist. When your access period ends, the playlist becomes inactive. You can repurchase the same playlist anytime to regain access.
Yes. During your 2-week access window, you can run unlimited events with that playlist. If you’d like to use it again after the access window expires, simply repurchase the playlist.
No. AMI Music Bingo is a one-time purchase per playlist. There are no recurring subscriptions or long-term commitments required.
Pricing is per playlist, per location. Each purchase provides a 2-week unlimited-use access window. Visit our Pricing section for current rates.
Yes. AMI Music Bingo is fully licensed for commercial use in the United States. All music is covered across major Performing Rights Organizations (PROs), including ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and GMR. This means you can host with confidence knowing your event is properly licensed.
AMI Music Bingo playlists are licensed for use through our platform. However, venues are still responsible for maintaining any standard music performance licenses required for general music playback at their location.
Yes. We provide preview information and sample tracks so you can understand the theme and style before purchasing.
Running the Event
To run a successful game, you’ll need:
- A device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone)
- Internet connection
- Speakers (connected to your device or house sound system)
- Printed bingo cards
- Prizes (optional but recommended)
Yes. An internet connection is required to access and stream the AMI Music Bingo media player.
Absolutely. Simply connect your hosting device to your house audio system for the best experience.
Yes. The Host Dashboard is fully web-based and optimized for desktop, mobile and tablet use.
A live emcee is not required. The AMI Music Bingo media player automatically plays song clips and manages pacing.
However, someone at your venue will need to:
- Launch the game
- Pause play if a guest calls “Bingo”
- Verify the winning card
- End the round
AMI Music Bingo includes optional pre-recorded host sound bites and announcements, such as:
- “Game starting in 5 minutes”
- “How to play”
- “We have a winner!”
These clips can be played directly from the dashboard to help create a polished, high-energy experience without requiring a professional emcee.
You simply pause the game and compare their card to the ordered song list displayed in the dashboard. Because songs play in a fixed order, validation is quick and easy.
Gameplay & Formats
Each playlist includes 75 songs. Depending on the pattern you pick for gameplay, it is likely not all songs in the playlist will play during a game. Games typically last 25-35 minutes.
Just like traditional bingo, players win by completing a designated pattern. Common formats include:
- One row (across, down, or diagonal)
- Two rows
- Four corners
- Big X
- Picture Frame
- Full card (Blackout)
The venue chooses the winning format before the round begins.
Duration depends on crowd size and win condition. A standard one-line round typically lasts 25–35 minutes. (Detailed timing tables available below.)
Most venues run three rounds per event, often using three different playlists to maximize variety and engagement.
Bingo Cards & Players
There is no limit on player participation. The number of players depends on how many cards you print.
Each playlist purchase includes pre-generated sets of up to 100 unique cards. If you need more than 100 cards, you can use our custom card generator to create up to 500 unique cards per playlist.
Yes. Cards are provided as downloadable PDFs formatted for standard 8.5" x 11" paper. Many venues print two cards per sheet and cut them in half to reduce paper usage.
Yes. As long as your playlist access window is active, you can download and print cards at any time.
Yes. You can:
- Add your venue logo in the center “Free Space”
- Add custom footer text (social handles, promotions, event info)
Customization is available inside your dashboard.
